Install font,
Create a folder named .conky at home folder then copy there the "rnc" and "lua" folder.
Copy .conkyrc(hidden file) to /home.
If you don't use wireless connection change "wlan0" at .conkyrc file(line 49-50) and at bar.lua file(line 150,167,184,201) with your network interface.

Put your "username"(line 6) and "password"(line 7) at gmail.py file(inside lua folder)

Change lines 102 and 120 at bar.lua file with your upload and download speed, mine is Up-70Kib/s and Down-400kib/s

If you use Gnome 3 DE change at .conkyrc file the line(25) "own_window_type override"--> "own_window_type normal"
